I unfortunately live in Langley (Langley city not township where this “Treasured guest” lives) For those of you that don’t know “treasured guest” is how they insult you in Disneyland! Also be aware that defamation and libel law are highly complex, the opposition will have a solicitor and a barrister and a stack of law books containing legal precedents you have never even heard of, you certainly won’t find them on Google, nor are you allowed to use your laptop in court. Also note that the costs in the Supreme Court are about five to ten grand a day.
Given that you filed a defamation action in the wrong court against both Kari and Donald I have my doubts about you so-called extensive legal knowledge.

My concerns:
1). Yaniv is mentally disabled and needs to be assessed-why hasn’t a Court asked for an opinion? He is a cyber-predator threat to minors, in his dismissal Afadavit for Rebel he says he is ‘Suicidal’. A clear path to an assessment by mental health professionals.
2) Repeated calls to Emergency Services for petty personal issues-very costly to Taxpayers of Langley. Then suing Paramedics for bumping into a stove?
3) Yaniv is not a typical Canadian. We aren’t like Yaniv. He picked on Asian Estheticians for his Wax Scam, small Facebook Market Place Independent people trying to offer a Service for Women. Canadian people don’t push their Gender Issues on others, it is not polite.
4). The Service Dog-a nice chocolate Lab? The breed is amazing, very gentle-great with kids and other pets. This dog does not need to be pushed into confrontations by a Sociopath Narcissist. The dog needs to be re-homed. I would love to have that dog.
My wish is that Miriam and JY decide to emigrate back to their homeland of Israel and give the Taxpayer’s of Canada a reprieve. He is not Canadian in practise, perhaps he became Canadian after his mom immigrated but he did not learn how to be a Canadian.
